SMALL GROUP TRAINING

With small group fitness training, you get a superior workout experience while building relationships that help to increase personal accountability - so you have fun and stick with it. We'll take the time to make adjustments improve technique and answer questions.

Each session accommodates approximately four people  and features fun, safe and effective movements to help you achieve your fitness goals. Designed to improve motivation, accountability and results.
