ONLINE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMMES

Our online strength and conditioning training provides athlete programming to meet individual needs. The programming focuses on developing key physical qualities that underpin sporting performance such as strength, speed, power and capacity. FXV is not just a programme. Your progress will be tracked by Steve Buckley a strength & conditioning coach with a background in High Performance Sport having spent the last 7 years working with as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the New Zealand Breakers Basketball Team and 5 years with High Performance Sport NZ working across multiple campaigns including 4 x world championships, 1 x Olympics, 1 x commonwealth games including swimming, Taekwondo, Paralympics, Hockey, Cycling, Athletics, Yachting. .

3. Record & track your loads, times and benchmarks via the APP
4. Exercises come with Video demonstrations
5. Weekly follow ups to ensure progression and help with motivation
6. Re programming monthly (may vary with specific programmes) to ensure adaptation and progression.
