Do you need help working towards your fitness goals? Do you have a gym membership, but aren't sure what type of training would best align with your fitness goals?
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES
.When you apply for our online coaching programme, we begin with an in depth consultation form in which you will answer a number of questions including, your short & long term goals, duration, frequency, current training and work schedule, injury history, training history, medical conditions. From this we will then put together a individualised programme that meets your specific needs. We then load you up to our Train Heroic software which combines all the options we needed to present our programmes to you in one easy to use platform. Train Heroic links every exercise in the program to a video from our movement library. It allow us to add descriptions and instructions to the movements, exercises and workouts. Check in weekly to discuss your progress and make any adjustments needed.

SPORTS TEAM TRAINING PROGRAMMES
.Re-energize your athletes’ day-to-day training with a healthy dose of competition. Daily leaderboards and peer accountability pump-up training intensity so that athletes do their best in every workout. At the end of every workout, each athlete certifies their results and, in seconds, their workout score is posted on the team leaderboard, ranked in order of performance.
